I am a consumer law attorney. I represent clients in lawsuits for debt collection and in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. My law firm, Graham Legal, PLLC, is located in Plano, Texas, but serves clients in Collin, Denton, Dallas, and Rockwall counties.
Prior to starting my own firm, I worked as an associate attorney at the Wright Firm, LLP. In that position I managed the Firm’s bankruptcy department for four years. Before joining the Wright Firm, LLP, I was an associate at a Fort Worth law firm specializing in representing debtors in consumer bankruptcy cases. While in that position I represented thousands of clients in Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases.
Before becoming an attorney I received my Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas. I continued my education at Texas Wesleyan School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas where I received a law degree and was an active member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
I am admitted to practice law in the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and I am member of The State Bar of Texas, The Dallas Bar Association, The Tarrant County Bar Association, and The Texas Wesleyan Alumni Association.
